Common questions before you get started
Please provide your product type, approximate unit dimensions and weight, expected monthly volume, how the stock will arrive, and the services you require. For storage enquiries, also include the number and dimensions of boxes or pallets and the expected storage period.
Yes. Once your account and delivery have been confirmed, your supplier can send inventory directly to our UK fulfilment centre. Every delivery must include the correct customer reference and follow the agreed booking and labelling instructions.
Yes. We can prepare and forward inventory to Amazon fulfilment centres, as well as pick, pack and dispatch e-commerce orders directly to your customers. You can use either service individually or combine them according to your requirements.
Storage is calculated according to the space occupied by your inventory and the number of days it remains in the warehouse. Packaging materials, receiving, preparation, forwarding and courier charges are calculated separately where required.
Yes. International sellers can use Prep4Less as their UK returns location. We can receive, inspect and process returned products according to your agreed instructions, including restocking, repacking, holding or forwarding suitable items.
