CONSIGNMENT ARRIVES
After consignment arrives at prep4less warehouse we give consignment an initial check, including any visible damages, consignment receiving complete report issued via email. Take photos if required.
LABELLING / PREP
Unpack consignment contents, inspect, check any damages to consignment contents, print and apply barcode labels / fnsku or any extra services required such as ( Multitasking, polybagging, bubblewrap) etc.
REPACKING CONSIGMENT CONTENTS
Once prep completed, we repack your content in boxes / pallets as required.
If going in old box: remove all old box labels. If going on new box: arrange new box
CONSIGNMENT COMPLETE REPORT
Once all prep completed, we email you consignment ready report.
DISPATCH TO AMAZON FBA
Once consignment details verified and all checks done, we schedule collection with courier and your consignment send out for amazon FBA.
Small units: Amazon small and Light programme. Units upto 400grams.
Standard units: Each Unit Weight Upto 1.5 KG or Unit Dimension Upto 41cm long from 1 Side
Over weight Units: Each Unit Weight above 1.5 KG Upto 2.5 KG ( above 2.5 KG £0.05p addition Per KG Per unit).
Over size Units: Each Unit Dimension above 41cm long from 1 Side for multipacks (same as above) any addition on multipacks £0.05p each on small and standard multipacks where as £0.10p each addition to overweight / over sized multipacks.

We assume in this inspection services, no Fnsku / barcode labels or any prep required.
Units Quantity per box for inspection:
Quantity Less Than 12 units in 1 box gets charged as minimum box charges,
More than 30 units in 1 box gets charged as maximum box charges,
Anything between 12 to 30 units in box get charged as each unit Price.

We store your consignment in professional way.
Remove all old box labels.

Once consignment details verified and all checks done, we schedule collection with courier and your consignment send out for amazon FBA.
How prep4less Team Process FBA / Private labels Consignment
We assume in this services, consignment don’t required anything.
Its ready to go without opening boxes.
We only provide Weight and dimensions of boxes if required.
Damage box repairing @ £0.50p each.
Damage box replacing @ £1.00 each.
