NO MONTHLY SUBSCRIBTION OR MEMBERSHIP FEE

NO ACCOUNT SET UP CHARGES.
Until we provide prep4Less ID for your company (B), We do not accept any Consignment on Company (B) behalf.

Once ID Issued, prep4Less ISSUES address format for the company (B).

Company (B) must follow the Address Format for Both receiving or sending any consignment.

If prep4less instructions not followed by company (B) its may cause account suspension.

Verified and all set to use Prep4Less Services.

PREP4LESS
  • Provides full warehouse and storage facility to company (B)
  • Receive goods on behalf of company (B).
  • Consignment Receiving and consignent Damage Report issues with in 2 hour of receiving goods.
  • Provides Labelling, Packing, Order fulfillment, Repacking, Multipack / Bundling, Box Storage, Pallet Storage.
  • Courier and logistic support.
  • Goods ready for courier collection once confirmation received from Company (B).
FBA PREP SERVICES.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
  • 7 days free storage starts from the date of receiving goods.
  • In any case Consignment staying in warehouse more than 7 working days get charged @ £1.00 per box Per Week or £5.00 per Pallet Per Week (Min 1 week charges Apply).
  • If FBA prep services are not used for 30 days, Prep4less account will be deactivated and to open a new account, account setup charges apply @ £19.99.
  • For new customer there is no Minimum Order quantity for 2 months, after 2 months minimum quantity criteria apply. Minimum single SKU 50 units or minimum mix SKU 200 units Per month, less quantity charged @ £1.00 receiving each box.
  • Outerbox labels are free with item labels, except item quantity is 8 or less in box get charged for outerbox labels.
  • Box label charged as normal standard labels price and its counts in Account specification quantity per month.
  • Payments and consignment forwarding details received before 11am send out through courier same day.
  • Any Payment and consignment forwarding details received after 11am automatically scheduled for next day courier collection
LABELS / FNSKU SERVICES.
UNITS DESCRIPTIONS:

SMALL UNITS: Amazon small and Light programme.
WEIGHT: Units upto 400grams
DIMENSIONS: 35 x 25 x 12 CM
STANDARD UNITS: Amazon Standatrd Units.
WEIGHT: Unit Weight from 400grams upto 1.5 kg
DIMENSIONS: 45 x 34 x 26 cm

OVER WEIGHT / OVERSIZED UNITS:
WEIGHT: Each Unit Weight above 1.5 KG Upto 2.5 KG ( above 2.5 KG £0.05p addition Per KG Per unit).
DIMENSIONS: Each Unit Dimension above 45cm long from 1 Side.
Multipacks (same as above) any addition on multipacks £0.05p each on small and standard multipacks where as £0.10p each addition to overweight / over sized multipacks.

INSPECTION SERVICES:

We assume in this inspection services, no Fnsku / barcode labels or any prep required.
Units Quantity per box for inspection:
Quantity Less Than 12 units in 1 box gets charged as minimum box charges,
More than 30 units in 1 box gets charged as maximum box charges,
Anything between 12 to 30 units in box get charged as each unit Price.
Outer box labels are free with unit inspection.

Box Inspection/ package inspection/ receiving and forwarding box to amazon or any third party.

We assume in this services, consignment don’t required anything.

Its ready to go without opening boxes.

We only provide Weight and dimensions of boxes if required.

Damage box repairing @ £0.50p each.

Damage box replacing @ £1.00 each.

Box receiving and forwarding price on pricelist.

Pallet receiving for package inspection @ £10.00 each

Box labels for package inspection if going on pallet @ £0.50p each box

WAREHOUSE / Storage / Private labels:
NO ACCOUNT SET UP CHARGES FOR PRIVATE LABELS.
  • Free storage ( see details on price list).
  • Storage charges apply from : After free storage days advertised on price list.
  • Storage charges are on monthly basis (30 Days)
  • Half price charged if consignment moved with in 15 days of storage month cycle.
  • Minimum 15 days storage charges apply.
  • Full payment requires at the time of booking consignment. Only storage charges apply later if storage used.
Order Fullfillment (FBM).
  • Terms and conditions.

  • Price depend on Quantity, size and weight of Item.
  • Any loss or damage with in Prep4Less custody, Prep4Less is responsible.
  • Any loss or damage with in transit process, courier company is responsible. Prep4Less is not responsible for any loss or damage once item is in courier custody.
Returns
  • Must subscribed for returns If return address required.
  • If Not subscribed for return address, we don't keep any record of returns received.
  • Receiving and sorting per month. (Details on price list)
Payment
  • All payments need to be cleared before DUE DATE.
  • Late payment charges apply @ 15% of invoice
  • LEGAL DEMAND NOTICE issued after 10 days.
  • Once Demand Notice issued, all details passed on to a credit recovery agency.
  • All legal fee, credit agency expense and court fee is payable by Company (B).
  • Non Payment effects your company Rating.
